We offer continuous legal advice and support in employment matters, covering areas such as social security and immigration law. Our work focuses on helping clients comply fully and effectively with internal workplace policies related to order, hygiene, and health. We also ensure the proper implementation of protocols to prevent sexual harassment, workplace harassment, and violence, in line with the Karin Law, which is mandatory for all companies operating in Chile.
We advise and represent clients in a wide range of labour issues offering clear, innovative and reliable solutions. We also provide legal guidance in processes related to termination, legal causes, formal procedures and most importantly the proper procedure in a termination process in accordance with current regulations.
Our legal team is available to ensure full support in the collective bargaining process with unions or employee groups. We assist in reviewing legal requirements, guiding the negotiation process and drafting all necessary documentation to formalize every agreement reached.
We also provide full advisory services on immigration law and the legal requirements when hiring foreign workers.
In addition, we carry out labour and legal risk assessments for companies. We support the development and implementation of Labour Compliance Programs (Modelos de Prevención de Ilícitos Laborales), including the required monitoring and employee training.
When necessary, we represent our clients in legal proceedings in both labour courts or administrative procedures (Dirección del Trabajo), including the preparation of appeals and petitions for reconsideration in response to fines or any other form of sanction issued by the authorities.
