Eguiguren Abogados was founded by Pedro Julián Eguiguren Cosmelli, who after working during several years at the Superintendency of Bankruptcy (currently, Superintendency of Insolvency and Business Restructuring), decided to establish the firm.
The firm specializes and has extensive experience in the insolvency of companies, holdings, and individuals. The team thoroughly analyses the financial situation of the clients, offering advice and representation as required.
