Financial Restructuring

We perform an in-depth study of the legal and financial situation of the company and/or business group, analyzing whether it is appropriate and necessary to initiate Bankruptcy Reorganization proceedings before the Courts of Justice. Should this be the case, we begin with all the necessary steps to obtain the Court’s Reorganization Decision, and then work with the preparation of the proposal for payment to creditors according to their class or category, ensuring that it is approved by the Meeting of Creditors.

The insolvency and reorganization proceedings, regulated by Law 20.720, seek the viability of the company, restructuring its assets and liabilities within a realistic scenario, thus avoiding Irreversible Insolvency and/or Insolvency Liquidation. This was the case of large construction and engineering companies, which we supported with our advice in times major economic difficulties.
